Returns
All product sizes are clearly mentioned in the product specifications. We request you to carefully check the size details before placing your order.
Size-related issues will not be eligible for return or refund.
We request customers to bear a return shipping fee of ₹120, which will be adjusted against the refund amount.
To claim any damage-related issue, customers must record a clear unboxing video (full 360° angles) at the time of opening the parcel.
This video is mandatory proof for any damage or missing item claim.
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
Minor color or design variations due to photography lighting are not eligible for exchange.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
